I started Happy Idaho because I saw too many good Idaho businesses, makers, farmers, and vendors working hard but still struggling to get found. This is a place to discover local favorites, support the people behind them, and help good businesses become easier to find.

Hi, I'm Annie.
I used to manage a farmers market in the Treasure Valley, and that experience changed the way I see local business.
I watched people show up every week with incredible products, big dreams, and a whole lot of determination. I also saw how hard it was for many of them to consistently get in front of the right customers.
When I moved off-grid into the Idaho mountains, I still wanted to be part of that community. Happy Idaho began with pop-up markets, a way to keep connecting local businesses with people who wanted to support them.
A lot of good businesses were being overlooked, not because they weren't worth finding, but because marketing was one more thing they had to figure out on their own. That's where Happy Idaho came from.
What I kept hearing from business owners
In conversations with vendors, I kept hearing how hard it was to find time for marketing. They needed help figuring out social media, writing website copy, and deciding what to say about their business.
They were already busy making products, helping customers, filling orders, and getting ready for the next market. Sitting down to write a caption or update their website was one more thing to fit into the day.
Those conversations shaped the resources and services I started creating through Happy Idaho. I wanted to give business owners help with the work they kept running out of time to do.
